The winner of USA Embassy Small Grant Winner-2016-2017 with a project team from TOSYOV Foundation, Hacettepe Technology Transfer Center and Melinda Gates Foundation with the project of Youth and Women Empowerment Project: Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Program

In partnership with Istanbul Bilgi University Flexible Work Management System Development Project which is funded by TUBITAK, the primary  aim is to support standards and practices to support Business continuity and employee psychological well-being (www.esnekcalisma.org)

In partner with Istanbul Bilgi University, the primary purpose in this project is to determine skill shortages and surpluses in the Turkish Labor Market (TLM) and to develop an index for measuring skill mismatch levels in different industries.

In partner with Istanbul Bilgi University researchers, the primary purpose in this project is to introduce and translate worldwide known assessment tool into Turkish, refine the tool and develop it for the purpose of future of work inventory.
